We're trying an experiment: getting Mojo to ring a bell when he wants to go outside and go potty. We got a wind chime and hung it so he has to stand up a bit to get to it. Then when he wants to go out, he just rings the bell.
Right now he's ringing the bell every time he wants to go outside, which isn't quite what we want. He'll ring, we'll go outside, come back in, then he'll ring the bell again. I'm not quite sure how we'll get him to do it only when he wants to go out to poop. Maybe we won't, and we'll just take him out whenever?
Maybe we'll just ask "do you want to go potty?" when he rings, and if he says something that could be interpreted as a "yes" we'll go out?
